In Lounge 3 at Schiphol, IGG did project and cost management for this new branch in the empire of the English star chef Jamie Oliver. IGG was involved from the initiative and managed the entire design and realization process as an integrated project manager.

Steel frame constructions, wooden counters, and sturdy seating and standing furniture contribute to the industrial look and feel of the restaurant. Passengers who need to stay longer at the airport can get a healthy and rustic meal in “Jamie style” and a variety of drinks.

Assignment: As a direct representative of SSP, IGG was responsible for the construction, furnishing, kitchen equipment and various custom furniture. Realizing a project at the Schiphol terminal means many stakeholders, good preparation, tight planning, absolutely no inconvenience for the passengers and, above all, being able to switch quickly in unforeseen circumstances. After months of preparations, construction started in October 2017 and delivered on December 16, 2017.
