Museumpark parking garage

New construction of a three-layer underground parking garage in the center of Rotterdam. The garage offers space for 1,150 cars, but also contains an underground water storage facility which, with a capacity of 10,000 m³, is one of the largest water storage facilities in the Netherlands.

Assignment: On behalf of Strukton, IGG is charged with drawing up budgets with the aim of bringing the project closer to the original budget. They also worked on alternative planning study and austerity studies.
