The construction sector in 2013 was still in recession, but a recovery is apparent. Turnover overall fell by more than 4 percent compared to 2012, especially conspicuous in the first quarters but during the year the turnover decline steadied with a 1% growth in the fourth quarter, compared with 2012. This was evenly spread throughout all sectors.
