The new Spuiforum has a concert hall for 1500 seats, an opera, a dance hall with 1.150 seats and an Ensemble hall with 100 seats. The halls are stacked on top of each other and embedded in a flexible structure of educational classrooms and studios for the Royal Conservatoire.
Museumpark parking garage
New construction of a three-layer underground parking garage in the center of Rotterdam. The garage offers space for 1,150 cars, but also contains an underground water storage facility which, with a capacity of 10,000 m³, is one of the largest water storage facilities in the Netherlands.
Schiphol Golf Clubhouse
The golf club house designed by Mecanoo architects will be located on a new golf course right next to the airport. The 2.000 m² is a two-storey building with a full basement, including a buggy parking space, changing rooms and fitness room. The first layer of the clubhouse is designed as a stripe in a hilly landscape.
