New construction of a 215-meter-high residential tower in the center of Rotterdam with a viewing platform at 185 m height. In addition to the residential tower, the project also includes two connected residential towers of 70 meters between Houtlaan and Gedempte Zalmhaven. The ‘high-rise’ will house approximately 260 apartments, in the ‘low-rise’ 180 apartments and 35 single-family homes.
