New construction of ‘het Rhijnspoorgebouw’ at Wibautstraat in Amsterdam. The new building will be located on the vacant lot next to ‘het Theo Thijssenhuis’, at Rhijnspoorplein West. The new building will accommodate, among other things, 6.000 students of the HvA’s technology courses.
City Hall Delft
New construction of the city office for the municipality of Delft, containing the station hall for the new underground train station. The new building will be built on top of the railway tunnel and the underground station. It will be a new central point in Delft, easily accessible at a public transport junction where trains, trams and buses converge.
City Hall Rotterdam
The project involves 43.000 m2 GFA and includes the development of more than ninety apartments and a parking garage. Combined with catering and shops, ‘de Stadswinkel’ will become a new central location in the city. A free passage to ‘de Haagseveer’ will be realized from ‘de Coolsingel’, between the town hall and the post office.
