New construction of a varied residential block around a landscaped courtyard garden. The 39,000-square-meter plan provides for four hundred homes and 250 parking spaces.

Construction of two towers of 140 meters each in which people can live, work, shop and relax. There are more than 750 homes with common functions throughout the building and gardens on all flat roofs.
