The project consists of 7 residential buildings and approx. 552 rental and owner-occupied houses and is approx. 40,000 sq.m. in total. Olympiade will consist of modern and sustainable residences located in a semi-public park including sports and recreation facilities.

Construction of an 86 meter high wooden office tower on the Zuidas.

New high-rise plot consisting of 3 high towers of 80, 100 and 140 meters, interspersed with low-rise buildings of up to 25 meters high. There will be approximately 1,100 rental and owner-occupied houses with green courtyards.
