The project involves 43.000 m2 GFA and includes the development of more than ninety apartments and a parking garage. Combined with catering and shops, ‘de Stadswinkel’ will become a new central location in the city. A free passage to ‘de Haagseveer’ will be realized from ‘de Coolsingel’, between the town hall and the post office.
Hilton Hotel The Hague
New construction of the Hilton Hotel on the corner of Mauritskade / Zeestraat in The Hague in the existing state of the old PTT building. The hotel comprises 185 rooms, 9 meeting rooms, a large ballroom, 16 residential apartments, a restaurant, a grand café and a parking garage with approximately 200 parking spaces. IGG was responsible for the construction cost management of the demolition and the new construction part.
WTC Schiphol
Newly built office building World Trade Center with a floor space of 65.000 m² and 5500 parking spaces. The development of the WTC was carried out in two phases. Delivery phase 1: 1996, phase 2: 2003.
