Building Zernikeplein 7 of Hanze UAS will be adapted in the coming years. The transformation vision advocates a clear, efficient and spatial structure in which an exciting world of meeting, working, studying, meeting and interaction becomes possible. In the new situation, the building will contain approximately 33,000m².
Rotterdam Central Station
New construction of Rotterdam Central Station. The station area processes 110.000 travelers per day. With the arrival of HSL (high-speed train) and Randstadrail, the number of travelers is expected to increase to 323.000 per day in 2025. In order to be able to process these large numbers of travelers, a new Central Station with international allure has been developed.
Renovation Rijksmuseum
Renovation and restoration of the Rijksmuseum with an entrance that is completely renovated with a large underground square.
