De Oosterlingen is a new living-workplace with a historical awareness, where attention to peace and space goes hand in hand with connecting – between residents and neighbors, young people and seniors, city and nature, past and present. A vital living environment with a variety of public facilities. An island within the waters of the capital where life is celebrated. A total of 144 homes will be built.

New construction of a 95 meter high residential tower of approximately 16,000 m2 gross floor area. There will be a total of 179 apartments.
