De Kandelaar is a collective building for various religious institutions, which is connected to the Grubbehoeve apartment building. The building accommodates the different religious cultures of Amsterdam South East and is unique in the Netherlands. There are five church halls, which can accommodate a total of nine hundred worshipers. De Kandelaar also offers space to a number of so-called self-organizations, a daycare center and a Turkish restaurant. NEN measurement carried out by MeetAtelier (part of IGG Bouweconomie).

De Oosterlingen is a new living-workplace with a historical awareness, where attention to peace and space goes hand in hand with connecting – between residents and neighbors, young people and seniors, city and nature, past and present. A vital living environment with a variety of public facilities. An island within the waters of the capital where life is celebrated. A total of 144 homes will be built.
