The project concerns the new accommodation for the MBO courses and ‘het Media College’ of ‘het Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam’. This concerns the accommodation of approximately 4.000 students and 350 employees. The total project comprises approximately 27.000 m².

Industria has been a national monument since 2001 and is considered the masterpiece of architect Foeke Kuipers. The building dates from 1915. Emmes is currently planning a hotel on the vacant floors of the Industria building.
