Villa Academica is a combination between historical past and stylish present. This unique housing project consists of various parts. Firstly, the classic TU Delft administrative building. This building is fully restored. After the fire of the Architecture building in the TU district, it was finally decided to temporarily locate the Faculty of Architecture in this location.

In addition to the administrative building, two small-scale new construction projects are being realized.
