Development of the new Feyenoord stadium with a capacity of 63,000 seats. The building has to become an icon in this part of Rotterdam-Zuid that will be tackled at the same time as the realization of the new stadium.
Expansion Amsterdam ArenA
For various extensions, including an extension of the main building by 6.000 m², and studies for the third ring, IGG carried out construction cost management on behalf of the Amsterdam ArenA.
Schiphol Golf Clubhouse
The golf club house designed by Mecanoo architects will be located on a new golf course right next to the airport. The 2.000 m² is a two-storey building with a full basement, including a buggy parking space, changing rooms and fitness room. The first layer of the clubhouse is designed as a stripe in a hilly landscape.
