Total renovation of the Monumental ‘Raadhuis’ of the municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg, including the facade and roof restoration. The interventions introduced ‘Het Nieuwe Werken’ and created a sustainable building with a Breeam very-good certificate.
Expansion Koningin Wilhelminalaan
Expansion and renovation of the city hall of the municipality of Leidschendam Voorburg. The extension concerns an extra wing of approx. 2350 m² office with approx. 850 m² parking garage. The existing city hall will be completely renovated. The sustainability ambition concerns BREAAM Very Good, ‘Het Nieuwe Werken’ will be introduced in the new office.
