The Rudolf Steiner School and the Rudolf Steiner College are located in Schalkwijk in Haarlem. The School needs new housing and the College is being expanded.

New construction of the Annex for air traffic control at Schiphol. The new building houses the training center, as well as simulators and a new operational room, all organized around a high atrium. The new room serves as a backup for the existing one and also plays a role in the phased transition from European air traffic control to a new air traffic control system, iCAS, which of course requires extensive testing.

The Megastores, located in the Laakhaven in The Hague close to Holla, currently has a lot of vacancy and accessibility and recognisability are poor. To make the center attractive again, the redevelopment will start with the Van der Kunststraat and the new entrance on this square. A 75-meter-high residential tower will also be added to Leeghwaterplein.
