De Kandelaar is a collective building for various religious institutions, which is connected to the Grubbehoeve apartment building. The building accommodates the different religious cultures of Amsterdam South East and is unique in the Netherlands. There are five church halls, which can accommodate a total of nine hundred worshipers. De Kandelaar also offers space to a number of so-called self-organizations, a daycare center and a Turkish restaurant. NEN measurement carried out by MeetAtelier (part of IGG Bouweconomie).
Hollandspoor quarter
Redevelopment of the Hollandspoor quarter with the aim of realizing a high quality piece of city here with 150.000-200.000 m2 of program. The area will have its own identity and a large mix of functions. The foreign landscape will be designed in such a way that the area will feel like one whole.

Development of a sustainable 70 meter high tower in which approx. 70 medium expensive rental homes and 74 private sector houses, with commercial facilities on the first floor and a green wooded winter garden will be realized.
