Tendering processes are complex issues at the best of times and those for public tenders can be even more confusing being governed by strict procedural rules largely based on EU overarching regulation . In order to raise public awareness of available tenders they are now presented online as Tender calendar ( Aanbestedingskalender) and Tendernet. These sites show the current requests for tender submissions and are placed in the public domain by a semi- government agency. These requests for tender submissions are in two categories the first being national\/government\/semi government projects and secondly the same sorts of jobs but which are over Euro 5,000,000 and therefore open to full EU member state participation. This does not include private sector projects.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
