Environment is a collaboration between IGG Building Economics and ABC Nova. The Handbook gained even more substance in 2012 and we are therefore delighted that more than forty professionals from more than twenty organizations contributed to this Handbook. The Handbook incorporates the five most current themes around the built environment. The book includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the economic perspective on social property;<\/li>\n<li>the opportunities around innovative and collaborative work;<\/li>\n<li>understanding of the financial issues;<\/li>\n<li>practical sustainability interventions;<\/li>\n<li>redeveloping from the small and facilitation approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In times when we are all&nbsp;heavily involved in our own professional worlds it is refreshing to consider aspects of our business which are outside our normal experience. Though retrenchment is the order of the day innovation and responsible and reactive changes are actually&nbsp;occurring&nbsp;very&nbsp;rapidly.&nbsp; The above five&nbsp;reoccurring&nbsp;theme in this publications are interleaved with many ideas or&nbsp;comments&nbsp;with which&nbsp; we do not necessarily agree but if you think that you can make a contribution on a subject from your own&nbsp;
